James 4:13-17
""boasting about tomorrow"
short little passage... James is basically speaking out against the people that brag about their plans for the future - "tomorrow i'm going to seal a multi-million dollar business venture" or "tomorrow i'm going to be on vacation in such-and-such place". How do we know that will happen? do we know the future? no, but God does. rather we should be saying "if God wills, then i will do [insert action here]."
